Firmware Problem

Q: We are having trouble updating the firmware. We have the most recent firmware for our bullet cameras and are attempting to update locally through both the web browser and the config tool. It gives us an error on transferring the files to the camera. The cameras are on the same network scheme as the server. Any advice? A: Your file or firmware might be damaged or not compatible.
