There is a problem with the download version of the configuration tool. It downloads but it won’t open. Looking at the info it says “my device connect to the server. There may be a problem with the server or network.” My network and server is fine because I have full access and capabilities with my other apps that connect to the internet.
I want to download the tool to my Apple device (Mac and iOS device) but it isn’t working.
Please help. Thank you.
