Q: We are having trouble updating the firmware. We have the most recent firmware for our bullet cameras and are attempting to update locally through both the web browser and the config tool. It gives us an error on transferring the files to the camera. The cameras are on the same network scheme as the server. Any advice?

Q:Eu comprei uma câmera Dahua IPC-HDW2100 em fevereiro. Desde que recebi esta câmera notei que, ocasionalmente, meu dvr perderia conectividade para isso. Vir a descobrir que é se reprogramar aleatoriamente. Ele está sendo alimentado sobre PoE. Eu tentei os dois injectores PoE diferentes e ainda tem os mesmos resultados. Por favor, informe.
A:Use um Switch PoE verdadeiro, não um injector de PoE.
