There are two reasons that will make gDMSS (DMSS Android version) show you this error message:
-you have entered a bad password: please check it / retype it
-someone has tried to access your account and it got locked
In both cases after you check that the username and the password are the right ones you should reboot your device!
If you have forgotten your password, you can use our DVR / NVR password recovery service.
both are correct, device restarted, still same error message – now what?
Try with it disconnected from the network – your device might be attacked.

DAHUA a mis à niveau la sécurité de certaines caméras et applications et, par conséquent, les anciennes applications comme gDMSS ne fonctionnent plus. Les applications plus récentes, comme DMSS, devraient fonctionner sans problème.

DAHUA upgraded the security of some cameras and apps and, such, older applications like gDMSS are no longer working. Newer applications, like DMSS, should work without a problem.
