Si han sido bloqueados de cuentas de la cámara, la forma más sencilla es o bien reiniciar o esperar durante al menos 30 minutos antes de que vuelva a intentarlo. Además, ten en cuenta que alguien – quizás un hacker – podría intentar acceder a su cámara utilizando una contraseña incorrecta.
hi, i just changed dahua NVR , after changing it all camera has been locked, but with old NVR its working good. i have no any idea about it. kindly help me

Do check the configuration of the NVRs and the cameras – mainly usernames and passwords. Might be some bad configuration there.
