If your camera’s account(s) have been locked, the simplest way is to either reboot it or to wait for at least 30 minutes before you retry. Also, be aware that someone – maybe a hacker – might try to login to your camera using an invalid password.

hi, i just changed dahua NVR , after changing it all camera has been locked, but with old NVR its working good. i have no any idea about it. kindly help me

Do check the configuration of the NVRs and the cameras – mainly usernames and passwords. Might be some bad configuration there.
